At Les Folies Gruss, our menus are created with dishes that respect the seasons and the land. Just as artists and horses strive for perfection, our head chef and his team work hard to create tasty dishes. These values are shared with our local and regional partners and suppliers, so that we can offer quality, well-balanced products.
Our menu is renewed each season according to the location of the Compagnie Alexis Gruss. Our partners enable us to put together a varied menu. A tasty experience that will delight the taste buds of young and old alike!
