At Les Folies Gruss, respect for the environment and the sites that welcome us is essential. For over a year, we have achieved zero food waste, thanks to a dehydrator. During the summer in Béziers, the entire team participated in a campaign to collect stray bottle caps. Our teams are committed to limiting the environmental impact of our activity.
