Your Visit to Les Folies Gruss
Do children under 3 get in for free?
Yes, however, for safety reasons, they must sit on an adult's lap for the entire duration of the show.
Where can we leave strollers?
They must be left at the baggage drop-off area at the entrance to the site. For safety reasons, strollers and car seats are not allowed in the performance hall.
Is there a coat check?
There is no coat check at Les Folies Gruss site.
Is the venue heated?
In Paris, the venue is heated thanks to our Air/Water heat pump system / In Béziers, our venue is covered and ventilated to protect you from the heat.
Is there parking?
We have free parking available near the big top in Paris and Béziers. Please note in Paris, parking is paid outside this area. As we do not have a payment terminal, we strongly advise you to use the PaybyPhone application.
Do we have lunch/dinner during the show?
No, lunch/dinner takes place before the show, during the pre-show (doors open at 12:30 PM for lunch and 7:00 PM for dinner).
Do I need to book for the restaurant?
For Paris, it is necessary to book on our website or by calling us. For Béziers, no reservation is required.
What is the show about?
The Company is known for its 3 equestrian skills and its 50 horses. Currently, it presents an equestrian and acrobatic musical.
I bought tickets for the show but not the meal. How can I add the meal?
However, you can book your meal through our ticket office even if you have already booked the show.
Can we park bicycles?
There is no designated area for parking bicycles, but a Vélib station is located near the site in Paris.
Can I bring my pet?
We love animals, but their presence is prohibited except for assistance dogs.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility / disabilities?
In accordance with the decree of December 8, 2014, relating to the accessibility of public establishments, our site is accessible for people with reduced mobility. Everything is adapted for your comfort (PMR access, PMR toilets, PMR seating in the big top). Reservations can only be made by phone.
Is there a shuttle service?
For Paris, the Alexis Gruss Company provides a free shuttle service to metro line 10. It can be taken at exit n°2 of the Porte d'Auteuil station. It will drop you off at the same location after your experience. For Béziers, we also have a free shuttle available in the city. We invite you to consult the locations and times on our website.
How long does it take to walk from the Ranelagh metro station?
The walking time is estimated at approximately 15 minutes.
Are booster seats available?
We offer booster seats for younger children (subject to availability).
Is your site equipped with a first aid station?
We are equipped with a defibrillator (checked and verified), a first aid kit for minor injuries, and for some sessions, a doctor is present.
Do you still offer a Christmas mass?
We offer a vigil and a mass after the performance on December 24th. This tradition has continued for over 40 years. Access is free and no reservation is required.
Is Parc Alexis Gruss still open?
Our historic site located in Vaucluse is temporarily closed for renovation and a complete restructuring of its activities. Eventually, the Park will offer equine therapy sessions, shows, and a dedicated area for the retirement of our equids.
Questions related to our ticketing
I can't select my seats?
When selecting my seats, I need to click on "Continue shopping" to choose each seat precisely.
What happens if I choose automatic seating?
The site will assign you seats based on availability in each category. It may assign you separate seats.
My order was duplicated, what should I do?
This happens, it's an error in our ticketing software, don't worry, just contact our service and we will refund you.
How do I use my gift voucher?
The gift voucher corresponds to the price of the chosen category and is only valid for the current season. The requested cryptogram consists of 5 characters that you must enter when making your reservation.
Am I obliged to book my meal in advance?
Table reservation is mandatory in Paris, it is highly recommended to book your meal, but you can still get it on the day of the event. In Béziers, no reservation is necessary.
